Responsible for managing intercompany and multi-entity accounting, financial transactions, and bank reconciliations. Performs a variety of related accounting tasks, including sales and use tax administration, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

These are all privately held companies, based in Delaware, Ohio, and there are other assets and companies, domestically and internationally, in our portfolio.

Duties

• Manage general accounting duties
• Manage intercompany and multi-entity transactions; experience in this area is required for consideration
• Manage bank entries and reconciliations
• Provide support and backup for accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Administer sales and use tax processes
• Conduct account reconciliations
• Maintain responsibility for general ledger activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Four years of accounting experience
• Experience with intercompany transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, is required
• Experience with bank reconciliations is required
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
