Overview

Provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team through customer service, customer and sales analytics, lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting utilizing CRM. This in-office position also provides front desk support for company headquarters and, additionally, provides support to the Customer Service Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration and Management
    • Oversee and maintain sales reporting and dashboards.
    • Meet regularly with the sales team to review entries and to provide updated and accurate information including updated start dates, award dates, and project values.
    • Provides sales team and management, regular lead and sales win reporting from CRM.
    • Support order entry, invoicing and other related activities as required
    • Assist with social media marketing efforts and engagement.
    • Attend company sales and billing meetings as necessary. 
  • Inside Sales Management
    • Handle incoming calls and utilize a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction
    • Perform existing customer outreach on a routine basis through cold calling, emails and other forms of communication. 
    • Support the development of targeted new customer lists in conjunction with sales management. 
    • Engage potential clients, including offering to schedule office and site visits to showcase the company’s abilities and products.
    • Entry and tracking of all new and potential new accounts into CRM. 
    • Create new opportunities in CRM and where necessary, create sales proposals. 
    • Work with Operations to execute sales and rental orders
    • Prepare and submit all contractor pre-qualifications to ensure continued eligibility to bid

 

  • Lead Management
    • Responsible for intake and assignment of leads via received calls and emails
    • Enter leads into CRM from various sources including requests for quotes, direct calls, forms received from websites, and other inquiries. 
    • With direction from the team, assigns all collected leads to team members. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Advance Microsoft Office Suite Software skills required
  • Proficiency with ERP Systems (for a manufacturing company) and CRM platforms preferred
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
